NRC have found in the past one of the biggest headaches for clients is ensuring that all of the required trades work together at the correct time, on time & within budget.
With one contractor there is no such problems as 'site not ready' - 'minimal work required' - 'other trades in our way' etc... all our trades are in house so organising is not a problem, even with the sometimes minimal amount of works required from a trade - we can incorporate all of this and more into our programmes.
